We are located in the center of the city, on the main Avenida Julio A. Roca 439, facing the sea.
Do you offer airport transfers?
No. If you arrive by air at Trelew airport, we suggest using the airport's official service:

If you arrive at the Puerto Madryn airport or bus terminal, we suggest taking a taxi.
Do you have parking inside the Hotel?
Yes. It is with charge and with prior reservation. Limited places.
Is the pool open all year?
Yes, our pool is heated and open year-round. Children under 18 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Do you have tourist advice?
Yes. We can manage all kinds of excursions free of charge.
Do you have a restaurant?
No. Only breakfast and cafeteria service is offered.
Do you offer breakfast for celiacs?
Yes. It is suggested to request it with prior notice.
Do you have adapted rooms?
No. Inside the Hotel there are ramps and wide elevators for people with reduced mobility.
Do you accept pets?
NO
Do you have a medical service?
Only in case of emergencies (Need for immediate assistance where human life is in danger).
